  • Yes! You can create your own customised and personalised wellness gift box.

    Simply add any products you like to your cart and check out, we will do the rest. You pay for the products, not the box! We will select the appropriate sized box to fit all the items you picked so don’t stress about that!

  • Our wellness gift boxes are gloss white cardboard with our beautiful logo placed in the centre of the box in embossed gold. Each box has a classy black satin ribbon, tied in an elegant bow! Inside, all your products are nestled in recyclable buttercream-coloured crinkle pack.

    • Our white boxes are recyclable

    • The buttercream crinkle pack inside our boxes is recyclable

    • We recommend re-using our boxes and ribbon after you have received your gift

    • Ribbons must be thrown in the rubbish so please re-use them if you can!

    • Our shipping boxes are recyclable

    • We use eco-friendly water-activated tape to seal our shipping boxes

    • We like to select brands that use eco-friendly packaging, please see individual products and their brand’s websites for these details

  • We offer flat-rate shipping Australia-wide:

    Standard Shipping: $15.00

    Express Shipping: $20.00

    Orders over $250.00: FREE standard shipping

    Please know that we are always trying to reduce the shipping cost for our customers. This is a challenging task! How can you help? The more orders we can ship out, the less our shipping cost will become. We will be able to decrease the cost of shipping as our shipping volumes increase - only you can help with that! ;)

    Be and Body is located in Victoria. We ship all our orders from Victoria to any address within Australia. Once you have clicked the link above, select the state you are sending your order to and look under the section ‘From Victoria’ to find your estimated shipping time. Please note, that during peak times or during interruptions for their service, Australia Post may take longer to process your order.

  • We send all our orders via Australia Post. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or text notification from Australia Post which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available to you.

    You can use https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/ to check your order’s status by entering the tracking number you are provided by Australia Post.

    If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery times provided above, please contact us at hello@beandbody.com.au with your order details, and we will look into it for you.

  • We do not offer local delivery or pick-up.

  • Yes! We ship to PO Boxes via Australia Post.

  • We do not offer international shipping. We only ship our products within Australia.

  • Please contact us immediately at hello@beandbody.com.au. We will do our very best to get your order redirected to the address you wish to send it to, however, once the order has been shipped, this may not be possible.

Damaged/Broken Items, Returns & Refunds

Our returns and refunds policy should answer most of your questions, you can see it here.

  • We are so sorry this has happened to you! Due to the nature of our products, we can only replace items if they have arrived damaged/broken or incomplete. Items must be unused. We require a photo of the damaged goods along with your order details and a description of what happened emailed to us within 24h of receiving your items. Please email us at hello@beandbody.com.au so we can make it right!

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges or replacements if you change your mind. All sales are final once payment is received.

    We only offer replacement items if your items arrive damaged or broken. Please see our returns and refund policy here if this applies to you. If that’s the case, we are so sorry this has happened to you! Email us at hello@beandbody.com.au as per our policy instructions so we can make it right.

  • Don’t stress! We all make mistakes. We are here to help as best we can, email us at hello@beandbody.com.au and we will be happy to help you make amends.

    Please note that once your order is shipped, we are unable to make changes so it’s super important you contact us as soon as you realise your mistake.

  • Yes! All of our products are made by small, local and Australian businesses right here in Australia.

    The only exception here is our tea accessories - portions of our tea accessories are made here and others are made overseas but we will point this out to you in the description of each product :)

  • Yes, all of our products are checked for only natural ingredients. We provide you with all the ingredient lists for every product so that you can see for yourself and select products that best suit your wellness needs.

    Please read our product descriptions and ingredients list carefully to ensure they are right for you. If you are unsure about any products/ingredients, please consult your trusted healthcare professional. If any products cause you irritation, please discontinue their use and consult your trusted health care professional.

  • We provide you with all the ingredient lists of every product in their descriptions so that can make your own decision on what is best suited to you or your receiver’s needs.
