Due to the nature of our products, once payment is completed, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item is damaged or defective.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@beandbody.com.au if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please include your order details and photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect goods.
