LEARN ABOUT KINGA

Final Year Chiropractic Student & Wellness Lifestyle Blogger

Kinga is a final year chiropractic student with a keen interest in holistic health, movement, and whole family care. She is currently studying chiropractic at university and is a student member of the Australian Chiropractic Association.

Kinga is learning a variety of techniques inside and outside of university, including Diversified, activator, Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT), pelvic blocking, soft tissue therapy, and rehabilitation exercise prescription. She has also completed a Level 1 certificate in dry needling and cupping, as well as certification in Personal Training. She hopes to use a combination of these techniques in her future practice after graduation to tailor her treatment to each patient.

WELLNESS IS FOUND IN THE SMALL, CONSISTENT CHOICES WE MAKE - HOW WE move, HOW WE nourish OURSELVES, AND WHAT WE surround OURSELVES WITH.

How Kinga thinks about wellness…

  • Lifestyle and wellbeing inspiration

  • Healthy recipes, baking and home cooking

When Kinga not deeply immersed in her studies, you’ll likely find her spending time with her husband and family, in the kitchen baking, or at the gym lifting weights or doing Pilates.
